This 1&1/2 hour interactive workshop will:

• Briefly discuss the differences between coaching, mentoring & sponsorship and why sponsorship is a key differentiator for accelerating more women into leadership;
• Identify the key relationships you need to foster and invest in differently;
• Reflect on different approaches to leverage key people and develop an approach of reciprocity.

Nell has held learning & leadership development roles for over 25 years in the corporate sector. Nell work’s with executives and senior leaders as an Executive Coach and Senior Leadership Development Facilitator across Australia, the US and Europe. Nell’s areas of speciality include leadership development, gender diversity and inclusion, Adaptive Leadership to name a few. Her experience spans across a variety of disciplines including Investment Management, Health, Education, Government, ADF, Police & Emergency Services, IT, Mining, Transport, Telecommunications, Utilities, Banking, Finance, Law, Manufacturing, Consulting and Media/Advertising. She has a Bachelor of Adult Education from the University of Melbourne and is an Accredited Executive Coach. Nell is also an Associate with Melbourne Business School and Human Synergistics International.
